The first thing I wanted to change was the official practice time session, from 1 hour to 30 minutes.
The Formula A league races did tend to take up a lot of time, and a vast chunk of this was due to the 1hr practice session beforehand.
This is not to say you cant jump on earlier and practice yourself for much longer should you wish, but by keeping the official practice down to 30 minutes and a slightly longer qualifying session, will in my opinion make a far more interesting race.
Official practice will begin at 8:30pm Official Qualifying will begin at 9:00pm Race will begin at 9:30pm
Good or Bad idea???

I'm also toying with the idea of having a prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the league for the driver, as well as a team prize for 1st place only, to do this will mean taking contributions into a prize fund pot so I can work out what is affordable.
again, opinions on this idea please??

Definitely agree with the cutting the practice time and increasing the qualifying to lengths mentioned and for the same reasons. My eyes could be fatigued before even starting the race in Formula A! I'm happy to do whatever regarding prizes as I'm just happy to race for the fun and glory of it all tbh. Would require more numbers if there was a decision for prizes IMO. One thought I have is sometimes real life gets in the way of sim racing, maybe have a blanket rule of your two worst results or missed races get discredited so those that do have the odd commitment aren't penalised as a result over the season.
