Any incidents you are involved in are to be reported here, in the Stewards Office, whether you are the victim or owning up to a mistake. Any incidents invlovling myself will be looked into by another admin to make sure of a fair decision
If you are wanting to report any incident please create a new thread titled Incident Report, Race title and date and use the following headings;
Race:
Drivers/Car descriptions in question:
Infringement:
Brief description of incident:
Supporting evidence:
Race: Details of race
Drivers/Car descriptions in question: Drivers name if known, if not description of car he was driving
Infringement: i.e. ignoring blue flags, dangerously re-entering track etc.
Brief description of incident: The incident as you saw it
Supporting evidence: Any evidence you have, whether it’s a video or screenshot
ONLY DRIVERS INVOLVED IN THE INCIDENT ARE TO POST ON THE THREAD, UNLESS YOU HAVE EVIDENCE OF THE INCIDENT. ANY OTHER COMMENT WILL BE DELETED
Evidence is required for any prosecution, evidence from any driver on the incident will be accepted. If none is presented it makes it very hard for a decision to be made, as it is one word against another. However if all parties involved can agree on who is to blame then the incident can be resolved.
Once a thread has been created all evidence will be reviewed by myself. All parties involved will need to give their views, a PM will be sent by a steward stating that you was involved and a statement is required. This can be done either as a reply or via Teamspeak. If an incident occurs where a steward is involved then either another steward will review the case or in the event that no others are available it will be passed up to an admin.
Punishments can vary from time added to final race time, positions deducted, points deducted or race suspension depending on severity of the incident or offenders previous record.
When all evidence has been reviewed the outcome will be posted on the thread and scoring marshal informed to adjust final positions as necessary.
With everything said, please make sure you have read and understood the rules, as “I didn't realise that was a rule” will not stand as a defence. Any issues, confusions or not sure’s feel free to PM and admin or a marshal for clarification.
On a positive note, keep it clean and happy racing.
