I recently became a member (and licence holder) of this site assuming I was joining a professional racing community.
My entry to the Brands round of the Formula A was confirmed my name was displayed into the entry list.
Prior to this race I sent two posts asking for more information about the race, ie race itinerary, start time etc. These were ignored.
I joined the practice server at about 7pm on the 17th, five people were in lobby of which two I recognised as your members. I asked a question regarding the start time which was ignored.
You ask your members to have the courtesy of informing you of not being able to take part in a race that they have registered for, do you not think that this applies both ways?
As an administrator of a long established successful racing community, I am appalled that you can advertise a Championship and not even have the common courtesy to return messages or inform your members of a race cancellation.
I was prepared to support your races and even offer some help to you, but either this site is dead in the water already, or you simply don't care about the people who have joined your community. |

Race cancellation?... The was never cancelled so im not sure who told you it was. We ate also not a long exsisting community we are about 2 months old so we are building up iur staff to cope with the demand of pms and requests along with setting up the leagues creating the graphics amd finding the time to do all the above.
Its obvious that the comments were missed and majority of our members are in the the community facebook group.
I can only say sorry for not getting back to you.

As right hand man to Ricky within this group, I have to stand by what he says, we are very new to this 'Group Racing Community' and are currently trying to get more people on board to help run it, this is happening right now.
There are 3 of us currently in admin, of which 2 work full time and have family, Ricky runs a lot of it himself and I take my hat off to him for the amount of dedication and work he puts into the group, this was an 'overlook' on our behalf and for that we do apologise.
We are hoping to step it up over the coming days/weeks to ensure we build a successful racing community and league.
More focus to the forum will be noted and we will ensure all future posts are responded to asap
